Audit Administrator.  As a user of the Services, your audit administrator shall have the ability to access and control your organization’s account. Please refer to your organization’s internal policies if you have questions about this. The audit administrator shall be responsible for determining other users’ access to account documents, messaging, and other information. Your organization and audit administrator are ultimately responsible for the administration and access of all related user accounts.

Geographic Restrictions. The Sites and Services are intended to be accessed and used by viewers in the United States only. If users access this site from other jurisdictions, they do so giving express consent to perform any data collection, sharing and usage that takes place on any site, email publication or other property as a consequence of your use of the Sites and/or Services; and you acknowledge and agree that, as an end user, you have been provided with clear and comprehensive information about, and consents to, the storing and accessing of cookies or other information on the end user’s device where such activity occurs in connection with a product to which this policy applies.

Children’s Privacy. The Site and Services are intended for users who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

Law & Order and the Public Interest. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or appropriate government request; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of our Sites, our Services, or our users; (d) protect our rights, property, safety, or interest; or (e) perform a task carried out in the public interest.

How Your Information is Handled

Security. We have a third-party team retained to keeping your information secure and testing for vulnerabilities in a commercially reasonable manner.

User Controls. You can access, amend, download, and delete your personal information by logging into your account. You can also limit the way we collect and use your data by logging into your account and by sending written notice to us.

Retention. When you sign up for an account with us, we’ll retain information you store on our Services for as long as your account is in existence or as long as we need it to provide you the Services. You may request to have your account and/or Uploaded Information deleted by sending a request to and such information should be deleted within 30 days of receipt of the request.  Please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
