As a Capital Markets Associate with Blueprint, Pat specializes in helping Senior Housing investors, owners, and operators source the most appropriate lender and capital provider regardless of the challenges and uncertainties in the market. With an advisory first approach, Pat prides himself on putting his clients’ needs above all else. He is laser focused on producing superior results and providing best-in-class client experience.

Prior to joining Blueprint, Pat served as Vice President of CRE Debt & Equity placement in Northmarq’s Chicago office. He played an essential role on a team that originated over $500 million in loan volume annually. Pat also worked as an Associate for Institutional Property Advisor’s Senior Housing Investment Sales team and personally sourced ~$150 million in transaction volume.

Pat is from the Western Suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 2019.
