Gunnar Raney joined Blueprint’s Behavioral Healthcare team in 2022. As a Senior Associate, he leverages his expertise in behavioral health transaction negotiations, data analytics, and extensive market knowledge to maximize long-term growth objectives and acquisition goals for clients across Blueprint’s Behavioral Healthcare group.

Gunnar specializes in the substance abuse and mental health sector, advising owner-operators on sale-leaseback transactions, de novo growth projects, and strategic capital partnership initiatives. His track record also includes advising third party real estate investors in net-leased investment sale dispositions of inpatient behavioral health facilities.

Prior to joining Blueprint, Gunnar served as an Associate at Colliers under their Healthcare Services Group, focusing on developing behavioral healthcare opportunities in the U.S. and delivering on the needs of behavioral healthcare operators.

Gunnar is a former collegiate golfer and graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused on finance and entrepreneurship. He is based in Atlanta, GA.
