Ben has been with Blueprint since 2021. As a Senior Associate, he utilizes his market knowledge and vast network of HCRE buyers to provide creative solutions for clients and source new medical outpatient deals throughout the Mountain Region and Texas. He brings experience from Medline as an Acute Care Sales Rep and Product Manager, where he developed a strong understanding of the healthcare economic landscape and a "provider" point of view, which allows him to excel when working with physician groups on sale-leasebacks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has visited 18 national parks and plans to see all 63 in the US. Colorado License #100103950
