Blueprint’s marketing strategy positioned the community as an opportunity for an incoming investor to acquire an established, cash-flowing property in a prime location with favorable demographics. Blueprint targeted active buyers in a highly-focused, confidential campaign that led to a competitive bidding process. An affiliate of The Ensign Group, Inc. was ultimately selected as buyer.
Through constant communication and collaboration between both parties, Blueprint leveraged its knowledge of the local market and nuances of the state’s licensure process in order to help bring the deal to a successful close. A subsidiary of Bridgestone Living LLC, also an affiliate entity of The Ensign Group, Inc., will operate the community, which has been renamed Villa Court Assisted Living and Memory Care.
The transaction was led by Giancarlo Riso, who specializes in Nevada and Utah, alongside Jacob Gehl and Christopher Hyldahl.
