Blueprint marketed the opportunity alongside 16+ seniors communities located throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic, and utilized a robust marketing approach focusing on both individual, regional, and portfolio-specific buyers
Having successfully transacted on a similar portfolio in Georgia in 2023, Blueprint was able to leverage its knowledge of the most active buyers within the State to maximize value for all stakeholders, ultimately advising the client to move forward with a repeat buyer with a demonstrated history of execution certainty
