Through its strong network and buyer relationships coupled with the comprehensive knowledge necessary to navigate the shifting Massachusetts skilled nursing market, Blueprint aided the connection between Wayland’s long-time owner and a regional owner/operator seeking an expansion of their existing portfolio.
