Blueprint marketed the opportunity as a component of two larger Portfolios that totaled 23 seniors housing communities throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic, and executed on a strategic marketing process to leverage its knowledge of the most active buyers in the Midwest
Blueprint procured multiple competitive offers and ultimately chose a regional owner/operator with whom they had previously transacted, and who has an existing footprint within the Midwest
Blueprint worked closely with all parties to ensure a smooth transition of operations at both communities, resulting in another successful outcome for the valued repeat client
