Blueprint targeted yield-driven investors and owner-operators seeking platform expansion, ultimately procuring several competing offers. The seller and Blueprint selected a relatively new private equity fund and its Oregon-based operating partner as the buyer.
The Blueprint team simultaneously coordinated the sale between the REIT seller and private equity buyer as well as the operational transition from the existing operator to the incoming regional manager.
