The single asset owner-operator seller was looking to exit the space and engaged Blueprint for its experience in maximizing transaction value. Blueprint’s marketing strategy highlighted the absence of memory care services in the market and the subsequent upside potential for an incoming buyer.
The successful delivery of the campaign created a competitive bidding process with the selected buyer being a joint venture between a Northern California-based operator and Atlantis Senior Living. The buyers intend to implement significant renovations to the community, including the introduction of memory care.
