The Class-A asset located near Tampa in Riverview, Florida was nearing lease-up completion, having demonstrated its unique offering of an institutional-quality seniors housing community to the market. Looking to capitalize on its position, the collective seller selected Blueprint to confidentially market the community to a small group of motivated buyers.
Shortly after the marketing process began, two new communities opened in the area. Despite the new market conditions, Blueprint procured multiple offers which created a competitive bidding environment. Ultimately, the seller selected a private REIT partnered with a regional operator to purchase the community.
