Blueprint was engaged by the owner to assist in operator selection for the portfolio because of the team’s intimate knowledge and network of regional operators. Blueprint orchestrated a competitive process using its resources, contacts, and experience, that resulted in attractive management proposals from some of the best regional operators.

Based on Blueprint’s recommendation, the developer selected A&A Senior Living, a regional operator based in Danville, California. A&A Senior Living assumed management of the properties in March of 2019.
