Blueprint executed the transaction on behalf of the seller, Regional Health Properties, Inc.
RHP tasked Blueprint to conduct a review of its entire portfolio and identify areas of strategic opportunity for the company to restructure its balance sheet.
Leveraging its vast network and regional coverage, including both real estate investors and operationally minded buyers, Blueprint set forth a marketing campaign that resulted in over 20 offers with a wide array of viable transaction options for RHP to accomplish its objectives.
Emerging from Blueprint’s bidding process was a proposal from affiliates of MED Healthcare Partners. The offer contemplated the purchase of real estate only for one facility each in Alabama and Georgia and two facilities in Oklahoma, in which all existing operators were retained.
