The community consists of 102 units and was constructed in 2015. It is located on a well-appointed two-acre parcel adjacent to the University of Michigan-West Hospital campus

Showcasing attractive location, quality construction, and proof of concept, Blueprint's thorough process resulted in multiple competitive offers from investors and operators within the state and the surrounding Midwest region. After multiple rounds of bidding, the seller selected a Virginia-based investor and its Michigan operating partner as the ultimate buyer, advancing its strategic expansion in Michigan

While tactfully navigating through the transaction process amidst unconventional market conditions, Blueprint’s familiarity with the seller and incoming owner/operator ensured timely and direct communication throughout the transaction process resulting in a successful closing
