Despite a turbulent capital market environment, Blueprint, through a highly targeted marketing campaign, secured four offers for the asset from reputable groups. The buyer, an owner-operator with an established Ohio healthcare enterprise, aimed to expand their footprint in the Columbus MSA and capitalize on the recent Ohio Medicaid reimbursement rate enhancements for both skilled nursing & senior housing
Notably, the deal was successfully concluded in less than 80 days from the acceptance of the Letter of Intent, showcasing a swift and efficient transaction process
