Blueprint is pleased to announce the successful sale of Cedar Village, a 267-bed/unit full continuum of care community located in the desirable Cincinnati, Ohio suburb of Mason. The faith-based, non-profit community engaged Blueprint as its exclusive advisor given its prior successful experience representing non-profit clients in the market.
Consisting of independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, Cedar Village had been operated by the Jewish Home of Cincinnati, a 501(c)(3) organization, since it first opened its doors in 1997.
The Cedar Village Board of Trustees elected to sell the community in order to invest in new programs and services that will serve Cincinnati’s Jewish seniors for generations to come.
