A nationally recognized institutional private equity firm engaged Blueprint to manage a portfolio sale of four seniors housing communities located throughout metro Atlanta and southern Georgia.
Built in the late 1990s and the early 2000s, these properties are very well-maintained and received meaningful capital investments in recent periods, earning them excellent local market reputations.
The portfolio offered a compelling mix of in-place cash flow and value-add upside via the completion of property lease up at two of the communities, while the other two stabilized communities offered attractive financing options for an incoming acquirer.
