Following foreclosing on the real estate, the seller tasked Blueprint to run a confidential marketing process aimed at maximizing both value and execution certainty
Blueprint leveraged its extensive track record and knowledge of the most active buyers in Texas to source multiple competitive bids, ultimately advising the seller to move forward with an acquirer who had expressed a strong interest in establishing a footprint within Texas
The acquiring party was a Texas-based joint venture between Zelevie Health and Skywalker Property Partners. This is the joint venture’s first acquisitions within the senior housing space. The buyer intends to operate the property as an assisted living and skilled nursing facility– the developer’s intended use
This transaction marks Blueprint’s 7th closing in Texas in 2022 with total sales volume exceeding $131 Million across 1,550 beds/units
