Blueprint succeeded in confidentially running a seamless marketing initiative, representing their client by extracting the most aggressive buyer to purchase the subject portfolio. At the time of sale, the portfolio generated approximately $20,800,000 and $450,000 in consolidated Total Revenue and EBITDAR, respectively. Through Blueprint’s extensive network of investor and operator relationships within the industry and its structured approach, multiple competitive offers were generated which ultimately resulted in the deal closing at a purchase price of $15,000,000.
The purchaser selected consisted of a partnership between a publicly-traded REIT and a regional operator with a presence in the Nebraska market. The seller was a reputable, national owner/operator based out of New York.
