The offering consisted of 214 skilled nursing beds and 65 independent living/senior apartment units and included three locations near the border of Illinois and Iowa. The properties were well maintained and upheld an exceptional reputation and deep ties to the communities they serve.
Blueprint’s marketing campaign positioned the offering as an opportunity for an incoming investor to grow a regional platform with immediate upside in efficient expense management and achievable operational synergies. The buyer transitioned operational management to Allure Healthcare Services for its vast experience with rural skilled nursing and active living properties in the area. Blueprint worked closely with all parties throughout the transaction, tackling all issues head-on and leading to a smooth and successful closing.
