The community is situated in a high barrier-to-entry submarket of Santa Barbara, ≈10 miles south of Santa Barbara and ≈15 miles north of Ventura. Further, the community benefits from being the only senior housing community within ≈10 miles
Blueprint ran a highly competitive marketing process for an institutional ownership group which resulted in multiple offers
Ultimately, Blueprint recommended the Seller move forward with Blake Parsons, owner of RBP Communities, a very respected and privately-owned, seniors housing owner-operator based in Santa Barbara and now neighbor to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex
