Ownership engaged Blueprint to market for sale two assisted living and memory care communities located ~75 miles apart in Central Virginia (128 total units) – one located in a densely populated, affluent market, and the other in a more tertiary submarket

After conducting a targeted marketing campaign to operators and investors with an existing footprint in the area, Blueprint successfully solicited multiple offers, ultimately working with the client to select an acquirer seeking to scale a regional management platform
Blueprint recommended proceeding with the group based on their outsized incentive to expand into these communities, their vigorous pursuit of the deal, and a demonstrated commitment from their local banking and equity investment partners to get the deal done
