Methuen Health & Rehabilitation Center is located adjacent to Holy Family Hospital, approximately 30 miles from Boston. At the time of sale, the facility was 90 percent occupied with a quality patient mix of over 30 percent and revenues in excess of $8.8 million. The facility was acquired by a regional owner/operator with a notable eastern Massachusetts presence.

Blueprint worked diligently to form a market for the asset and effectively negotiate the optimal transaction for its client.
The purchase price was $7.5 million, representing approximately $70,000 per licensed bed.
