Located in the northeast corner of Louisiana near the Arkansas border, Carroll Nursing Home is licensed for 120 dually certified beds.

Owned by a local family seeking to exit the industry, the facility was originally built in 1960 and underwent expansion and renovation projects in 1962, 1976, and 1987.

Blueprint commenced marketing in late 2019 and, after a highly targeted marketing process, procured Northeast-based buyer, Essential Healthcare.

While the COVID-19 pandemic interrupted the transaction timeline, Blueprint worked diligently with all parties to ensure a close before year-end without purchase price reduction.
