Located in Brentwood, Tennessee, a coveted submarket within the Nashville metro area, the current owner and new behavioral healthcare tenant executed a long-term lease with plans to convert the existing asset to inpatient mental health post capital improvement project and licensing
Given the asset was vacant, Blueprint underwrote these assets as both seniors housing and behavioral healthcare conversion candidates and recommended that the seller deploy a behavioral healthcare marketing strategy given the strong demand from behavioral providers and need within the market
