Blueprint conducted an exclusive marketing campaign approaching only a small, pre-defined group of qualified purchasers. The portfolio was positioned as a unique opportunity to acquire three facilities with extremely well-maintained physical plants, very limited local competition, and immediate operational upside potential. Blueprint effectively and efficiently demonstrated its capability to define the market quickly by procuring competitive offers within only one week of marketing the offering. The portfolio was ultimately acquired by an East Coast-based private owner/operator with a presence in the region.
