Blueprint facilitated the sale of AdventHealth Care Center Apopka South in Apopka, Florida, a 222-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility owned by the Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and operated by AdventHealth Care Centers, a subsidiary of AdventHealth
The skilled nursing facility was originally built in 1970 adjacent to the Florida Living Retirement Community, near the Forest Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church, to provide high-quality care services to the local community. The physical plant was extensively renovated in 2019-2020 introducing a new 52-bed subacute trach and vent unit with 29 dedicated resident rooms
Blueprint utilized its extensive knowledge of the local market and real-time Florida activity to strategically identify and target a limited number of select buyers. Blueprint procured competitive written offers from all prospective buyers approached
The prevailing bidder, New York-based Infinite Care, with regional operating infrastructure serving the greater Orlando metro area, was initially chosen to assume operations through a new lease agreement with the facility managed by Solaris Healthcare, a local subsidiary. However, ownership ultimately decided to sell the underlying real estate with the transaction closing and operations transitioning simultaneously under a separate, affiliated sale
Coordinating directly with the seller, buyer, and existing operator, Blueprint maneuvered through the evolving transaction and market conditions to deliver a successful outcome for all parties
