Historically stable cash-flow and the opportunity to create value through higher acuity care was appealing to the buyer, a seasoned private equity owner/operator based in New York with a strong presence in the local market
Blueprint remained heavily engaged throughout the closing process by facilitating due diligence and assisting the seller with the negotiation of deal terms, ultimately transacting on schedule with minimal friction on operations
