The building is situated in a premier location just off Route 24 on the Brockton/Stoughton line and across from the well-regarded Bay Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Blueprint led an extremely concentrated and efficient marketing campaign, generating 12 competitive bids from a variety of regional operators and national capital providers with a presence or investment interest in seniors housing in the Boston-metro market. This process concluded with Blueprint selecting Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors as the buyer, as their offer brought an optimal combination of transaction price and execution probability.
