Blueprint is pleased to announce the successful sale of Symphony of Crestwood, a large skilled nursing facility located in Crestwood, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago. Blueprint was tasked to maximize value on behalf of its client, a joint venture between a public REIT and a private equity investor.
Symphony of Crestwood is a multistory facility built in 1974 and is the largest long-term care facility by licensed capacity in the area.

Blueprint showcased extensive physical plant renovations and recent upgrades that led to upward-trending revenues.

Blueprint’s offering further illustrated the improving quality payor mix resulting from growing specialty care programs including cardiac care, tracheostomy care, secure dementia care, and on-site dialysis, as well as a commercial lease at the property.

Blueprint’s marketing efforts yielded a competitive bidding environment among several well-established healthcare investors seeking to expand in Chicagoland.
