As part of a larger restructuring between a public REIT and its regional operator, Blueprint was engaged for its comprehensive transactional experience in Pennsylvania to identify strategic options for a portfolio of six skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living community.
Following a wide-ranging marketing campaign and in-depth review of both purchase and lease proposals from qualified prospects, a regional provider was ultimately selected and entered into a master lease as a new operating partner for the landlord.
Blueprint worked closely with all parties to facilitate and ensure a smooth operational transition upon receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
