Following Blueprint’s portfolio lease transaction in 2020 that included Park View, it was determined by the operator and its REIT landlord that Park View, while operationally improving, was a geographic outlier to its greater Ohio region and it would benefit both landlord and tenant to seek a strategic exit.

Blueprint was engaged to confidentially market the facility for sale and procured an experienced Kentucky-based operator seeking to grow its regional presence with its first facility real estate acquisition.

Working actively to facilitate contract negotiations, due diligence, and transition-related communication, Blueprint completed the timely sale to all parties’ satisfaction.
