Blueprint led a focused marketing campaign, approaching select regional operators and local investors, ultimately selecting the buyer that represented the best combination of price and execution probability. Blueprint worked collaboratively with the real estate owner and the operator to facilitate an effective and confidential sales process. Substantially renovated in 2015, the 81-bed facility was 77% occupied, though earnings were break-even at the time of sale. Blueprint’s experience with REIT clients enabled a successful outcome addressing the specific needs of the investor, while simultaneously satisfying the operator’s objectives with its respective exit strategy.
