Wyndmoor Hills is a sprawling 12 acre campus located in an affluent northern boundary township of Philadelphia with a gross campus building area of 214,288 square feet.

Blueprint represented the court-appointed receiver for the sale of the financially distressed community. Once the receiver took full operational control, Wyndmoor Hills’ performance began to improve with Blueprint’s marketing campaign explicitly showcasing the positive trajectory of the campus.

Leveraging its knowledge of active regional buyer prospects, Blueprint effectively marketed the well-located community as an upward-trending, value-add opportunity.
