A publicly traded REIT selected Blueprint to run a formal marketing process for the sale of two assisted living communities in Bartow and St. Cloud, Florida
Built in 2000, the communities were well situated in strong markets with limited competition
At the time of marketing, the communities were 90%+ occupied and operating at ~13% and 32% margins in Bartow and St. Cloud, respectively
Blueprint presented the package as a unique opportunity to acquire two cash-flowing assets to bolster an existing geographic footprint in the Florida market
Following the selection of a regional owner/operator as buyer, Blueprint worked alongside all parties to close the transaction in October 2023
