Blueprint represented a publicly-traded REIT in the disposition of a non-core seniors housing community in Memphis
Built in the late 1960s, the community is 11 stories and contains 110 independent living units and 55 assisted living units
Blueprint ran a highly targeted marketing campaign, primarily focused on alternative use buyers, ultimately selecting Elevation Financial group (“Elevation”) as the purchaser
Elevation will embark on a capital expenditure plan to revitalize the campus to convert the community into affordable 55+ living
