Miguel joined Blueprint in the Fall of 2023 as an Operations intern and joined the team full time as Operations Manager in May of 2024. In addition to managing day-to-day operational tasks in the Chicago office, he collaborates across all departments to ensure alignment towards achieving organizational goals, while promoting Blueprint’s core values.
Miguel Graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a B.S. in Political Science with a pre-law track. Previously, his experience is in policy research and community outreach for local and state elected officials, with his most recent campaign being for New York State Senator John Brooks. Prior to joining Blueprint, he gained experience as an L&D intern for an automation firm based in Georgia, where he sharpened his knowledge in HR functions, project management, and communications.
