Harry Porter joined Blueprint in 2022. As an analyst, he builds offering investment materials, performs market research, and conducts detailed underwriting analysis to deliver thoughtful valuations. He graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban land economics and is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA). He was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and is a lifelong Cubs fan.
