Akash Vipani joined Blueprint in 2017. As a Managing Director, he is responsible for underwriting and developing market strategy. He helps the firm oversee the development of valuation analyses and financial models and works closely with clients to identify optimal investment alternatives. Akash specializes in the analysis of skilled nursing facilities and helps the firm manage its largest skilled nursing mandates. He is a graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, and he joined the firm as a fresh graduate. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and exploring new restaurants around Chicago.
