Ailinh Nguyen

Ailinh Nguyen joined Blueprint in 2023 as part of the Accounting & Finance Team under Brad Egeberg. As a Staff Accountant, she is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and FP&A operations of the firm, including maintaining accurate accounting records, budgeting/forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ailinh graduated from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences, and later earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University. She has gained experience working as a bookkeeper in the healthcare industry and supervised her family’s nail salon prior to joining Blueprint’s team. She is based in Blueprint’s Chicago office and enjoys hiking and playing video games.
