Jacob Gehl co-founded Blueprint in 2013. As Chief Vision Officer & Co-Founder, he focuses on developing and executing the firm's long-term growth strategy. He has more than 15 years of seniors housing experience, with closing transactions valued in excess of $2 billion over the course of his career. Jacob received a bachelor’s degree in international politics from the University of Michigan. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA), and he is actively involved ASHA’s Political Action Committee and Rising Stars program, as well as the Ohio Healthcare Association.
