Brett Levin joined Blueprint in 2017 and currently leads Blueprint’s Medical Office team in Florida and the Southeastern US, providing real estate and business solutions for investors and providers throughout the healthcare real estate industry. Prior to advisory, Brett was a Senior Director on Blueprint’s industry-leading analytics team, helping position large and complex offerings across the seniors housing, skilled nursing, and medical office sectors.

In addition to advisory, Brett also serves as Blueprint’s General Counsel, having spent the first 10 years of his career as a practicing litigation attorney, defending complex, multi-party personal injury lawsuits, as well as contract litigation for construction industry clients.

Brett graduated with a degree in International Political Economy from Michigan State University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago – School of Law.
